• Analytics and reporting dashboards

• Customer support and documentation

Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

UBLY and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any right to use UBLY's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law.

Subscription and Payment

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees according to your selected plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.

Enterprise customers may be entitled to specific service level agreements (SLAs) as outlined in their separate agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UBLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any defects will be corrected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UBLY, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content or data processed through our Services

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
